Regional Quality Advisor

Location: Regional (West Midlands) Reporting to: Systems and Quality Manager Sector: Construction Regional Quality Advisor Are you passionate about construction quality and technical compliance? We’re seeking a Regional Quality Advisor to uphold high standards across multiple project sites within the West Midlands region. This is a proactive, hands-on role focused on driving best practice, reducing risk, and ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act, Building Regulations, and BS 99001. The Role You will act as the regional lead for quality assurance, working closely with pre-construction and project teams to identify risks early, improve processes, and support continuous improvement across all sites. Key Responsibilities * Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure works meet specifications and quality standards * Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and identify trends to prevent recurring issues * Support pre-construction teams with robust Quality Inspection & Test Plans (QITPs) * Develop KPI dashboards and monthly reports to monitor quality performance * Contribute to continuous improvement of the Business Management System About You A detail-focused construction professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Essential skills and experience: * Background in construction quality, inspections, or internal auditing * Experience with quality tools and defect management * Understanding of Building Safety Act, Building Regulations, ISO 9001 / BS 99001 * Familiarity with digital QA systems (e.g. Fieldview, Procore) Membership or working towards ICWCI is advantageous
