Automotive Production Operative

Our client is a global leader in automotive manufacturing, and is looking for hardworking and reliable Production Operatives to join their team at their Fradley Park facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, producing high-quality car interiors for some of the world's leading vehicle manufacturers. Please note this is a 3 rotational shift pattern, no static shift available. Mornings: Monday - Friday - £15.17ph (inclusive of shift allowance) Afternoons: Monday - Friday - £15.17ph (inclusive of shift allowance) Nights: Monday to Thursday £17.15ph (inclusive of shift allowance) Key Duties: Assembly of automotive components to production standards Operating production machinery and equipment Quality checking products throughout the manufacturing process Following work instructions and health & safety procedures Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch Maintaining a clean and organised work area What We're Looking For: Previous production, manufacturing, or assembly experience is desirable but not essential Good attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work as part of a team Reliable with a strong work ethic Flexible approach to work and shift patterns Benefits: Ongoing work with potential for permanent opportunities Modern, clean working environment Full training provided Weekly pay On-site parking Opportunities for career progressionIf you're looking for a new opportunity with a well-established automotive manufacturer and want to be part of a busy production team, we'd love to hear from you.
