As a graduate you’ll start as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and receive tailored training, mentorship, and ongoing development to build a rewarding career at Globe. Salary As a recruitment consultant, your earnings combine a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission. You’ll be rewarded directly for your results through our commission and salary incentive schemes. The typical starting salary is £25,000 DOE, with clear on target earnings: Year 1: £25,000–£35,000 OTE, Year 2: £35,000–£65,000 OTE, Year 3: £75,000+ OTE. Contract, dates and working times Full-time permanent 9am to 5:30pm
