- £39,000 Warwickshire Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Services Lead to join a leading housing provider, managing supported housing, homelessness and temporary accommodation services across Warwickshire.

Responsibilities of the Services Lead: Lead the day-to-day delivery of supported housing and homelessness services Manage and develop a team of staff and volunteers Oversee referrals, occupancy, voids and move-on planning Ensure high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and service compliance Build and maintain effective relationships with local authorities and partner agencies Monitor service performance, budgets and contractual requirements Support customers with complex needs including homelessness, mental health, substance misuse and offending histories Drive service improvements and ensure positive outcomes for customers Essential Experience of the Services Lead: Previous management experience within supported housing, homelessness or housing services Experience managing and developing staff teams Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment and housing management Experience working in partnership with local authorities and external agencies Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) To be considered for this exciting role, please contact Alice Wright
