Customer Sales Advisor

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while supporting sales activities and ensuring accurate data handling. Key Skills & Experience: · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written · Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks · Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. data entry, formulas, basic reporting) · Experience in a customer service or sales environment · Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships · Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks · Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team · Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
