A highly supportive and inclusive SEN school in Reading is seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time. This rewarding role involves working with children who have Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, learning difficulties, and trauma-related challenges.
This Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant position is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, Teachers, or Social Workers looking to build practical experience in a specialist setting.
Key Details:
Role: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Reading
Salary: £90-£105 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Start Date: ASAP
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant , you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support
Help students develop emotional regulation strategies
Support behaviour management plans
Assist pupils in accessing learning in and out of the classroom
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
