About the role
SP Transmission plc is seeking a Design Lead (Civil) to lead a team of design engineers, driving safety, quality, innovation and engineering excellence across civil and structural projects from feasibility through to detailed design and delivery.
You will support the Civil Design Manager, mentor engineers, ensure regulatory compliance, and engage with stakeholders across SP Energy Networks to timely and cost‑effective project outcomes.
