Account Manager

We're seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our talented team at our client, a leading software supplier to the UK's social care sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strategic partnerships with our existing customer base. As an Account Manager in the Social Care team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic account plans for your customer base. You will work closely with our customers to understand their strategic objectives, identify opportunities to create value through our software solutions, and deliver tailored support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with c-suite and key decision-makers within our social care customer base, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to drive growth and adoption of our software solutions.
