Production Chef

About The RoleWould you like to join us as a Production Chef? You will prepare food to a high standard in a busy food production site. You will follow recipes, prepare ingredients, and make sure products meet the right quality and food safety standards. You will use machinery and site systems as part of your daily work. You will also make sure ingredients and products can be fully traced at all times.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook food to set recipes and standardsCollect ingredients from Chill, Ambient, and Freezer storage areasBook all transformed ingredients on the site systemUse production machinery safely as part of your daily workFollow system processes and standard operating proceduresLabel ingredients and products correctlyMake sure all ingredients and batches can be fully tracedMake sure all paperwork and records are clear, accurate, and easy to readFollow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety rulesAbout You  We believe success comes from collaboration and diverse perspectives.
