Site Manager (Nights) – Chorley – Immediate Start
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee night shift operations on a project based in Chorley.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and safety-focused individual with experience working on National Highways schemes.
Location: Chorley
Shift Pattern: Nights
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £300–£350 per shift (DOE)
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Site Manager on highways or civil engineering projects
* Experience working on National Highways projects preferred
* Valid SMSTS
* Valid CSCS Card
* Valid First Aid at Work
* Strong health & safety knowledge
* Excellent communication and site coordination skills
Responsibilities:
* Managing night shift site operations
* Supervising subcontractors and site teams
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
* Conducting site briefings and maintaining site records
* Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
* Monitoring quality, safety, and productivity throughout the shift
