Reporting to: Financial Controller

Status of post: Full-Time Permanent

Job Description:

Reporting into the Financial Controller you will be responsible for analysing financial information, preparing management reports, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.

The role is to provide a professional and efficient service to the finance function and provide accurate financial information as required.

The role of the Management Accountant will be varied and will include:

  • Preparation of the Monthly Management Accounts
  • Analysis of the Monthly Management Accounts
  • Assist with further enhancements to our ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Prepare Cash Flow Forecasts
  • Assist with Budget Preparation
  • Performance Analysis for all contracts to identify trends and variances.
  • Preparing financial reports and analysis for the management team and other teams within the business
  • Lead and Support the Finance Team
  • Any other duties as required to fulfil the company needs

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Experience with implementing an ERP System Desirable
  • Construction Experience Desirable
  • CIS/RCT Experience Desirable
  • ROI Experience Desirable
  • Strong Excel and financial reporting Skills
  • Excellent communication skills are required
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong commercial awareness with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate good team ethos
