Sector: EngineeringReference: 15559A specialist technology and engineering group are looking for a CTO to join them as a core member of their Executive Leadership Team.As CTO, you’ll lead the Group’s technology and innovation strategy, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team across different companies in the group.You’ll provide oversight across R&D teams, establish standardised processes and design principles, and drive product compliance, engineering tool harmonisation and long-term technology strategy across the Group.A product design background would be very beneficial for this role to drive development of commercially successful physical products.CTO requirements:People managementPrevious experience in a senior technology / R&D leadership roleProduct design/Industrial design experienceExperience implementing Group-wide R&D processes and methodologiesProduct compliance and regulatory standards experienceStrong understanding of design principles, product development and engineering methodologiesStrong stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Operations, Finance and ProductIf you have the required skills and experience for this CTO role or would like to learn more, then please get in touch ASAP with an up-to-date copy of your CV.
