About the role
About you
You’re an experienced vehicle wrapper who knows their craft. You don’t need teaching how vinyl behaves or why prep matters. You already know. You take pride in your finishes and you notice the small things because the small things are the job.
You’re happy owning work properly. From the first clean to the final edge. You work calmly, confidently, and you don’t rush just to get something out of the door. Your standards are personal. Your name matters.
Your experience
You’re already working in the signage or graphics industry as a vehicle wrapper. You understand materials, environments, and process. You’re comfortable working with cast films, laminates, and specialist materials and you know how temperature, tools, and technique all affect the end result.
You’ve wrapped vans, cars, HGVs, and specialist vehicles. You’ve used materials from 3M, Arlon, and Avery Dennison. You’re trusted to work independently, professional on-site, and capable of setting the standard simply by how you work.
You hold a full UK driving licence and take pride in how you represent yourself and the business.
What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role
You’ll be installing high-end vehicle wraps, partial wraps, fleet branding, and commercial graphics to a consistently high standard. You’ll be based in a purpose-built, temperature-controlled workshop, with nationwide installs when required.
You’ll take responsibility for your jobs. You’ll prep properly, install cleanly, and finish to a level you’re genuinely happy with. You’ll spot problems before they become issues and deal with them properly. When needed, you’ll support other installers by setting the benchmark through your work.
About the business
This is a well-established branding and graphics business working with well-known UK brands. The focus is on vehicle branding, fleet rollouts, signage, and architectural wrapping. Quality comes first, always.
The workshop is properly set up. The expectations are clear. Good work is trusted and experience is respected. This is a place for people who care about doing things properly and want to be proud of what leaves the building.
Next steps
This is not an entry-level role and not a training position. If you don’t have genuine industry experience, it won’t be the right fit.
If you do, and you’re looking for a role where your skill is recognised and your standards are shared, apply with your CV and a short summary of your vehicle wrap experience
