This corporate team are ranked in the L500, so you'll be getting involved in some excellent corporate work.Working for local, regional and national businesses, some household names, you'll be managing an exciting corporate caseload to include mergers, acquisitions, sales, corporate finance, joint ventures and restructuring. You'll be encouraged to play an active role in business development internally and externally whilst working with other internal teams to provide a 'one stop shop' as a holistic approach for clients.You will be a qualified solicitor with ideally 4-6 years' PQE in corporate law. You will be able to show that you have experience in transactional corporate matters, along with a track record of business development.This firm can offer a great salary and package.
