Apleona UK is seeking a hands-on Working Facilities Management Supervisor to join Morrison Facilities Services’s school FM team in West Lothian. You will lead cleaning, janitorial and facilities tasks, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

In this role you will supervise FM assistants and cleaners, allocate workloads, conduct quality checks, maintain compliance records, and support health and safety standards across the school estate.
