Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team.
This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electronic equipment at client sites across the UK and internationally.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, technically proficient, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities Install, commission, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment at client locations.
Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and professionally.
Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekend availability .
Travel internationally for project deployments and service support when required.
Requirements Proven experience in an electrical field service engineering role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and diagnostic procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid UK driving licence and passport.
Willingness to work weekends and travel abroad at short notice.
Desirable Experience with industrial equipment, electronics, or electro-mechanical systems.
Electrical or electronic engineering qualifications (e.g., HNC, NVQ, or equivalent).
Knowledge of networking or IT-based systems.
