About the Role As a Mobile Service Technician , youll travel to customer sites to carry out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on specialist vehicles and equipment.
Youll act as the face of our service operation, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities Attend customer sites as a Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair special purpose vehicles.
Carry out repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Manage your own workload and communicate updates clearly with the Service Team.
Complete all service sheets, job cards, and documentation accurately as part of the Mobile Service Technician role.
Promote parts and services where appropriate.
Maintain a professional image at all times, including company van cleanliness and on-site behaviour.
Essential Skills & Experience Qualified mechanic (HGV, plant, forklift, military engineering, or automotive).
Strong experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and diagnostic procedures.
Background working with special purpose vehicles, mobile plant, or forklifts highly beneficial.
Excellent customer service skills essential for a Mobile Service Technician.
Knowledge of diesel and electric engines.
Reasonably clean driving licence required.
Willingness to travel for field service work regularly.
