About the role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join my clients team in their Manchester offices on a hybrid basis. My client provides trusted legal and commercial advice to businesses, their owners and high-net worth individuals promoting the growth and success of the North West. My clients construction law expertise covers: • Procurement and Tender Advice • Pre-Construction Services and Early Works Agreements • Building and Engineering Contracts (bespoke and standard forms including JCT, NEC, FIDIC and IChemE) • Consultants Appointments • Collateral Warranties and Third Party Rights • Bonds and Guarantees • Contractual advice services (including regarding payment, time for completion, defects, variations, termination) Key Responsibilities: • Managing a full caseload of matters • Supervising junior team members • Supporting the wider team and business objectives. • Solid understanding of construction law and experience across a wide range of matters. Skills & Experience: • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of PQE in construction law. • Have a proven track record in client care at a level appropriate to your experience. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. • Experience in both contentious and non‑contentious construction matters.
