Business Partner Finance

Reporting to the Head of Financial Insight and Partnering this role is an integral of the commercial finance team to support the business units.Responsiblities:Partner with business units to provide real‑time financial insight, challenge and guidance that supports effective decision‑makingLead budgeting, forecasting and in‑year financial management, ensuring plans are accurate and aligned to organisational priorities.Translate financial data into clear, actionable analysis for senior leaders and operational teams.Support business cases and project costing through robust modelling and scenario analysis.Oversee project accounting, ensuring accurate cost tracking and strong financial governance.Identify financial risks and opportunities, driving actions that improve performance.Enhance management reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of financial processesProvide first‑line support on finance systems and respond to finance‑related queries across the organisation.Details:60,000-70,000 - depending on experienceQualified, Part Qualified or Qualified by ExperienceHybrid - 1 day in the office moving to 2 daysCentral LondonPrivate health & dentalGym discounts25 days holiday + bank holidaysPension schemeSeasonal company parties & moreRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
