Key Responsibilities * Carry out live electrical testing on power conversion and energy systems * Follow detailed test procedures and specifications to validate product performance * Diagnose faults, record findings, and assist with root cause analysis * Ensure all testing activities comply with electrical safety standards and regulations * Work closely with design and production teams to resolve technical issues * Maintain accurate documentation and test records * Operate, maintain, and calibrate electrical test equipment * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing department Skills & Experience * Previous experience working as an Electrical Test Engineer within electrical, manufacturing, or power systems environments * Strong knowledge of electrical testing methods, equipment, and safety procedures * Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation * Electrical engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3, ONC, HNC, or equivalent * Comfortable working with live electrical systems * Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Salary & Benefits * Salary up to £36,000 * Overtime available: This is an excellent opportunity to join a business experiencing significant growth, where your contribution will have a direct impact on essential power and infrastructure systems worldwide.
