A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Camden is seeking a Reception Teacher to support Reception-aged children with ASC and ADHD from September 2026. Set within the well-known Plimsoll Building on Wollstonecraft Street, at the heart of the Kings Cross regeneration, this is a strong opportunity for a QTS teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in Early Years.
Reception Teacher role paying £180-250 per day PAYE.
Full-time, term-time only contract from September 2026.

The school has around 388 pupils on roll, with capacity for 446 pupils including nursery places.
Reception outcomes are reported as above national and local expectations, with children leaving EYFS well-prepared for Key Stage 1.
The school supports pupils with SEN, including children with ASC, ADHD and a small number with EHCPs requiring targeted provision.
As Reception Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons that support academic, social and emotional development.
The successful Reception Teacher will use structured routines, visuals, sensory strategies and adaptive teaching to support pupils with ASC and ADHD.
Reception Teacher applicants must hold QTS and have clear experience supporting children with ASC and ADHD.
You will work closely with the Inclusion Manager, SEND team, support staff, families and external professionals.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, early communication, behaviour regulation and inclusive classroom practice is essential.
This Reception Teacher role would suit a calm, organised and reflective practitioner with high expectations for every child.
The appointed Reception Teacher must be confident leading adults in the classroom and contributing to wider Early Years planning.
