About the role
Purchase Ledger Clerk required for an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity working for an industry leading business based in Warwick.
Working as part of a friendly finance team, you will be responsible for up to 1000 invoices monthly. Your daily duties will include; matching, batching and coding invoices, processing payments by BACs and CHAPs, reconciling supplier statements, resolving supplier queries, processing employee expenses and providing cover in other areas of accounts as and when required.
My client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who can join the business and hit the ground running. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work on your own initiative coupled with the ability to multitask, you must be able to adhere to strict deadlines and have experience with a computerised accountancy package is essential.
My client is a well established business based in Warwick with an open and friendly working environment. They are easily accessible by public transport, offer onsite parking, a 37.5 hour working week with an earlier finish on a Friday.
This is a temporary role to start with and there is a possibility it will become permanent. Hybrid working is on offer
