Key Responsibilities • Advise clients on property disposals, acquisitions and leasing strategies. • Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, including negotiation and stakeholder management. • Develop marketing strategies, provide market advice and identify opportunities to generate new instructions. About You • Experience advising on commercial and/or residential property transactions. • Experience managing transactions through to completion, including Heads of Terms negotiation. • Strong understanding of property markets, valuation drivers and landlord and tenant matters
