FLT Driver Pay Rate: £14.63 per hour + £2.50 per hour premium when operating VNA trucks Location: Kegworth, Derby (DE74) Contract Type: Temp to Perm About the Role We are recruiting experienced FLT Drivers on behalf of a leading global beverage manufacturer based in Kegworth. This modern, high-volume production facility manufactures and packages soft drinks and juices for some of the world's most recognised brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced warehouse and logistics operation where safety, quality, and teamwork are at the heart of everything they do. Successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring products and materials are moved efficiently throughout the site. Key Responsibilities * Operating FLT trucks to move stock safely throughout the warehouse * Loading and unloading vehicles * Operating VNA trucks when required * Supplying production lines with materials and removing finished goods * Carrying out routine equipment checks and reporting defects * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment * Following all health and safety procedures at all times What We're Looking For * Valid FLT licence(s) * Previous FLT driving experience * VNA experience desirable (additional pay available) * Strong attention to detail * Good communication skills * A reliable and proactive approach to work * Commitment to health and safety standards Working Hours 3 on, 3 off rotating shift pattern * Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm * Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am Benefits * £14.63 per hour basic rate * Additional £2.50 per hour when operating VNA trucks * Paid breaks – full 12-hour shift paid * Temp-to-perm opportunity * Modern, well-equipped workplace * On-site canteen with free drinks and a comfortable break area * Consistent shift pattern offering excellent work-life balance * Supportive and professional team environment Important Information Please note: This is a strictly non-smoking site.
