The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
In this role, you will specialise in recruiting for direct sales roles and direct sales managers.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in these key positions, ensuring our clients receive the best candidates to drive their sales success.

Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing : Identify and attract top talent for direct sales roles and direct sales manager positions through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit for specific roles.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Placement and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in direct sales recruitment to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of successful placements per month/quarter and revenue generated Time to fill vacancies.
Candidate satisfaction and retention rates.
Client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the direct sales industry.
Strong understanding of direct sales roles and the skills required for success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets.
