This role offers the chance to influence quality, governance and clinical standards from the outset. You will have autonomy to lead CQC registration, support safe prescribing pathways and contribute to a growing multidisciplinary service. The role is open to part-time or full-time hours, with hybrid working available. Interim / contract is also being considered for the right person. About the Company This is a specialist private assessment provider delivering autism and ADHD assessments for adults, children and families across the UK. The service is clinically led, multidisciplinary and focused on safe, high-quality care that follows recognised guidance. Key Responsibilities • Act as the named Registered Manager / Principal Consultant for CQC application, interview, registration and ongoing compliance. • Lead governance across ADHD assessment, prescribing, titration, documentation, consent, risk and patient safety. • Maintain CQC standards, prepare for inspections, manage notifications and implement action plans following audits or feedback. • Provide clinical leadership across ADHD assessment, diagnosis, medication management and service development. About You • Experience in ADHD assessment and medication management, including prescribing, titration or treatment pathways. • Professional registration with an appropriate clinical body. • Experience with CQC registration, inspections or regulated clinical service governance.
