Key Responsibilities As a Senior Recruitment Consultant – Property & Construction, you will: * Take full ownership of a specialist property and construction recruitment desk, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placement. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across the property and construction sectors. * Generate new business opportunities through proactive business development, networking, and market mapping. * Manage and grow existing client accounts, delivering a consultative and high-quality recruitment service. * Negotiate terms, manage recruitment processes, and secure successful outcomes for both clients and candidates. * Work collaboratively with colleagues while contributing to a positive and high-performance culture. Requirements To be successful as a Senior Recruitment Consultant – Property & Construction, you will have: * Proven experience within 360 recruitment, ideally in property, construction, engineering, technical, or professional services recruitment. * Strong business development and client relationship management skills. * A track record of achieving recruitment targets and generating revenue. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. * A proactive, commercially focused, and results-driven mindset. * The ambition to build and grow your own specialist market.
