From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.**What you’ll do as Systems Accountant – Finance Transformation:*** Improve how finance works across countries and entities, strengthening consolidation, reporting, and close activities* Act as the bridge between Finance and IT, ensuring systems properly support accounting processes, controls, and standards* Identify reporting challenges, data inconsistencies, and manual workarounds, improving how local results roll up to group level* Drive automation, standardisation, and efficiency improvements across finance systems and processes* Lead or support finance systems changes, upgrades, testing, training, and change management activities**You are:*** A finance professional with a strong financial accounting background and understanding of consolidation and group reporting* Experienced working with ERP systems in multi‐entity, multi‐country environments* Exposed to finance systems change or transformation initiatives, acting as a link between Finance and IT* Comfortable discussing end‐to‐end finance processes, data flows, and controls with a wide range of stakeholders* Confident working across countries, cultures, and senior stakeholder groups**Here’s what you’ll get:*** The opportunity to play a key role in global finance transformation initiatives within a complex, international organisation* Exposure to leading finance systems including CCH Tagetik, M3 CloudSuite, Basware, and SAP Concur* Competitive compensation, annual leave entitlement, and benefits aligned to a professional finance role* Ongoing learning, development, and clear progression opportunities within global finance and transformation teamsOur people are can‐do, positive, resilient and persistent.
