Then get in touch! Kingston Barnes has a great opportunity to join a market leading manufacturer as a Production Supervisor. You will coordinate staff to maximise production whilst maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities:
Lead by example to promote a strong culture of health, safety, quality and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, risk assessments, PPE requirements and BSI standards.
Support employee training, maintain records and deliver toolbox talks and daily performance meetings.
Drive production performance to achieve output targets while coordinating effectively with other departments.
Maintain high quality standards, complete required documentation and support customer and external audits.
Optimise the use of labour, machinery and materials to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.
Monitor equipment, stock levels and housekeeping standards to ensure smooth operations. xwzovoh
Investigate incidents, identify improvements and support actions that enhance safety, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Leadership experience in a production environment
