The Store Manager runs the store as their own business - leading the team, hitting sales and cost targets, and making sure every order that leaves the kitchen is on time and on brand. Lead, coach and rota the full store team across kitchen, front-of-house and delivery.
Own store performance: sales, labour, food cost, wastage and delivery times.
Maintain food safety, health & safety and brand standards at all times.
Recruit, train and develop team members and shift managers.
Previous management experience in fast food, QSR, delivery or hospitality.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Commercially minded - comfortable with targets, P&L basics and rotas.
Food hygiene certificate desirable (training provided).
