The Person:
Experience in a similar culinary role.
Excellent time management and organizational skills .
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills
Passion for food and an eye for detail
The Role:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the supervision of senior chefs
Maintain a clean and tidy workstation to ensure no cross contamination
Ensure food is prepared and presented to company standards
Receive and store deliveries correctly
Support the kitchen team in all areas as required
Adhere to food hygiene standards
