Production Operative
Location: Medway, Kent
Salary: £27,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00

Looking for a daytime production role where you can build on your manufacturing experience?

Found Food & Drink is recruiting Production Operatives for a manufacturing business in Medway.

This opportunity would suit someone who is comfortable working to clear procedures, takes pride in producing consistent work and wants to develop their technical skills.

The role

Operate production equipment within your training and follow manufacturing instructions.

Carry out routine checks and report any issues promptly.

Complete production records accurately.

Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area.

Work closely with colleagues to support production and quality targets.

What we’re looking for

Previous manufacturing experience, ideally within pharmaceutical, supplement or another closely controlled production environment.

Experience operating production machinery and following documented procedures.

Good attention to detail and an understanding of hygiene and quality standards.

A reliable, practical approach and the ability to work well within a team.

A willingness to learn and develop your technical knowledge.

Relevant experience with compression or encapsulation equipment would be particularly useful. We’re interested in both developing operators and experienced candidates who can bring additional knowledge to the team.

What’s on offer

£27,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Monday-Friday daytime hours.
