Performance Creative Designer

About the role

We're looking for a creative who studies ads obsessively, what stops the scroll, what earns the click, and turns that instinct into work that performs. You'll join our in-house creative team producing paid social content across Rocketo and Optimeal, two premium pet food brands under the Kormotech umbrella.

This is a static-led role, with supporting video editing at a paid-social level rather than high-end production. The Creative Strategist sets the direction; you turn their concepts, angles and tests into finished creative, fast. 

You'll have creative reach across two growing brands at a pivotal moment where you'll help shape what performance creative looks like for both. We're a small team with fast feedback loops and real creative freedom to experiment, and we're looking for someone with a strong drive to excel in that kind of environment.

What you will do:

• Produce high-performing static creative across our brands and categories, from quick, native-feeling statics through to more polished static and carousel ads
• Turn the Creative Strategist's concepts, angles and tests into finished static ads
• Produce multiple static variants - different angles, copy, layouts and CTAs - for testing
• Support with video editing: cut UGC, brand content and b-roll into paid social ads for Meta - paid-social level, not high-end production. I.e. amending and re-cut existing footage to find new angles without needing new shoots
• Take direction from the Creative Strategist and move fast from brief to first output to iteration
• Use performance data and feedback to inform what you design and cut next, rather than working in a vacuum
• Use AI-assisted tools (static/image generation, captioning, quick video assists) where they genuinely speed up production

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG, pet, food/bev or another premium consumer category
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or creative testing frameworks
• Video editing experience but we're happy to upskill the right person in if it's not already a strength
