15 month maternity cover position

We are a hospitality search firm specialising in high-end, unique, private businesses.
On this occasion we are looking for a talented Pastry Chef with a proven track record of excellence for an iconic private member club in central London.
A successful candidate would;
Have at least 2 years experience at a similar level showing career progression
Experience in a 5 star hotel or rosette level restaurant
Knowledge of classic pastry
Experienced the skills of afternoon tea
Enjoy working individually as well as in a team
Capable of producing at volume when required (for functions)
Freedom to take control and push the boundaries
All the usual certificates
In return
15 month maternity contract
Monday xwzovoh - Friday
£39,500 annual salary + tips
2 annual bonuses (Summer and Winter)
Staff meals (snacks available all day in staff room)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent - Even though this is a contract role it is more than lively to turn into a permanent role
