Job Overview

JR UK (Lawyers On Demand) seeks a Corporate/In‑House M&A lawyer (5‑10 PQE) with immediate availability to manage ongoing M&A transactions and related corporate development work.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions and acquisitions.
• Support integration work and reorganisation projects.
• Manage transactions independently and drive them to completion.
• Coordinate with the corporate development team and key stakeholders.
• Provide governance support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experienced corporate/M&A lawyer, ideally with prior in‑house experience.
• Exposure to life sciences or healthcare sectors advantageous but not essential.
• Experience with regulated M&A, including antitrust or competition matters highly beneficial.
• Ability to manage transactions autonomously and coordinate across jurisdictions.
