Leeds (Office Based) | UK Travel Required
£60,000 – £65,000 + Vehicle/Allowance + Bonus

Blue Wire Mechanical & Electrical are a growing building services contractor delivering mechanical and electrical projects across the UK.

We are looking to appoint a Mechanical Contracts Manager to take ownership of mechanical project delivery from our Leeds office. This role will suit someone already running projects who is confident managing engineers, subcontractors and clients.

*The Role*

* Manage multiple mechanical projects from pre-start through to completion
* Oversee engineers and subcontractors across sites
* Coordinate programmes and ensure delivery to deadlines
* Liaise directly with clients and main contractors
* Monitor project performance and flag risks
* Ensure quality, compliance and health & safety standards are maintained

Projects are primarily based within 1–2 hours of Leeds, with UK travel required where necessary.

*What We’re Looking For*

* Experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or Senior Mechanical Project Manager
* Strong knowledge of mechanical building services (HVAC, plant rooms, plumbing)
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Confident working independently and making decisions
* Organised, proactive and solution-focused
