Permanent position commencing 1st October 2026. Level L5-L10, salary £54,939 - £62,202 (competitive). 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Role Overview

Centurion Multi-Academy Trust seeks an ambitious, forward‑thinking CFOO to join our Executive Leadership team. The CFOO will drive the trust’s finance strategy, lead operational excellence, and ensure resources are used to deliver the very best outcomes for pupils, staff and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Adopt a modern commercial approach to the leadership of the financial function, delivering a highly competent and efficient service.
• Ensure the financial health of the organisation and provide strategic financial advice to the CEO.
• Lead a small financial team, overseeing day‑to‑day financial management.
• Integrate lateral thinking to realise financial and business opportunities within the Trust.
• Promote proper financial conduct and accountability across the institution.
