An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fee Earner to join a busy Residential Property Department based in Crawley. This is a full-time position within a supportive team, reporting directly to the Senior Partner.

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for clients at all times.

Key responsibilities of the Conveyancing Solicitor include:

• Managing a full residential property caseload from instruction to completion

Providing clear, accurate, and practical legal advice to clients

\t

Ensuring all files are handled in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

\t

Liaising professionally with clients, solicitors, agents, and third parties

\t

Drafting and proofreading legal documentation as required

\t

Keeping files, records, and systems fully up to date and accurately maintained

\t

Managing deadlines and ensuring all key dates are recorded in the diary system

\t

Delivering excellent client service and maintaining high professional standards

\t

Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships

\t

Assisting colleagues and other fee earners when required

You will be organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload while maintaining attention to detail and strong communication with clients and colleagues.
