As Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial leadership, commercial insight, and strategic challenge across high-value services and contracts, ensuring that programme performance is understood, governed, and optimised What will the Finance Business Partner role involve? Lead contract financial performance by owning the P&L and delivering accurate and timely reporting and translate financial data into insight that supports operational decision-making and strengthens commercial outcomes Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, contractual performance with strong forward visibility and alignment to targets Support business cases and commercial changes by contributing to investment decisions, rebids, extensions, and contract negotiations Ensure governance, compliance, and secure reporting through robust financial controls, adherence to reporting standards, and disciplined information flow Suitable Candidate for the Head of Finance vacancy: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with proven experience supporting long-term contracts or programmes Demonstrable experience as a finance business partner in a complex environment.
