Production Supervisor Belfast + Benefits Permanent ( 4 day week ) Monday- Thursday 7am-5pm Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Belfast, who are currently seeking a Production Supervisor. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will support the smooth running of day-to-day production operations. You will supervise production teams, ensuring targets around output, quality, efficiency, and safety are met. Duties Supervising the day-to-day activities of the welding and fabrication team Setting clear daily priorities and allocating work to meet production plans and customer deadlines Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards. Liaising with technical, engineering, and planning teams to help maintain efficient factory operations. Essential At least 2 years experience in an engineering, fabrication or manufacturing environment Previous experience supervising or managing a team of welders, fabricators or similar skilled production employees Experience of working with production targets, KPIs and performance measures Good working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements within a manufacturing environment Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise production activities Please contact Gemma Dunlop on or email Skills: Production Supervisor Engineering Welding Fabrication
