Production Supervisor

Our client are market leaders in their industry sector, they are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor on a permanent basis.

If you have supervisory experience and are also well aligned with QHSE this role could be ideal for you.

The Job you’ll do

• They will strengthen production supervision and provide further operational support to QHSE.
• Working closely with QHSE colleagues, you’ll help reinforce operational standards, support safe and consistent production, and help teams resolve issues in a practical and timely way.
• You’ll also provide operational input to help embed good Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental practices across production activities.
• This is an opportunity to build on the supervision already in place while contributing to a safe, consistent and high-performing operation.
• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality and delivery targets.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency and downtime, and support short-term production planning and resource allocation.
• Promote safe systems of work and ensure company procedures and relevant requirements are followed.
• Support risk assessments, safety briefings, toolbox talks and the reporting and investigation of incidents.
