With a strong reputation for safety, skill, and innovation, the company supports major OEMs and energy providers with a full range of services across the lifecycle of a wind turbine. As the business continues its international growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the commercial team and drive expansion into key accounts - particularly across the Warranty, Service, and Maintenance phases of turbine operations. The Opportunity Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in securing new partnerships with OEMs and Energy Utilities companies. This is a strategic, solutions-led role focused on long-term value creation, not transactional sales. Lead on identifying and developing new commercial opportunities within target sectors Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across OEMs and asset owners Conduct market research to identify trends and inform business strategy Represent the company at industry events and conferences A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development within the wind / energy or related industry Proven commercial success with a strong grasp of the energy or related expereince Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills German language skills (desirable but not essential) This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior commercial role with significant visibility and scope to shape growth in a high-performing, forward-thinking business.
