Payroll and Pensions Manager

A Payroll & Pensions Manager is being recruited for an education organisation on a permanent basis. This is a sole role & the role will report into the Finance Director. This organisation boasts a fantastic reputation and an amazing working culture and atmosphere. As the Payroll & Pensions Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing an outsourced payroll. Ensuring all data is accurately sent across in a timely manner Administering all statutory deductions including SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP Administering company benefits schemes, including pension schemes, cycle to work, season ticket loans HMRC submissions All starter and leaver paperwork Collating information for P11Ds Performing payroll reconciliations This role can offer a fantastic benefits package, including 33 days holiday + BH, free parking & generous pension scheme.
