Global brands like Unilever, Google, and Orange use our AI video interviewer to generate insights across marketing and product teams. \Our team has the combination of decades of market research knowledge, incredible engineering ability, and experience building companies. \nTo keep our quality bar incredibly high, we want to execute with the smallest possible team.\We’re looking for a highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build and scale pipeline generation at Conveo. \You will be responsible for identifying the right accounts and stakeholders, building targeted prospect lists, creating thoughtful outbound campaigns and messaging, and turning market interest into qualified meetings. \You will work closely with sales and marketing to ensure our outbound motion is relevant, timely, and commercially effective whether that is through cold outreach, event follow up, webinar campaigns, re engagement sequences, or trigger based prospecting. Additionally, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador for Conveo at international events to identify and nurture new lead opportunities. \nBuild and run outbound campaigns across target accounts, verticals, and buyer personas\n \n \nCreate high-quality outreach copy tailored by role, industry, use case, and trigger\n \n \nDevelop messaging that is concise, commercial, and relevant rather than generic\n \n \nExecute outreach across email, LinkedIn, sequencing tools, and other relevant channels\n \n \nCreate and maintain high-quality account and contact lists aligned to our ICP\n \n \nSupport account prioritisation and stakeholder mapping for strategic opportunities\n \n \nLaunch targeted campaigns around new product launches, content, case studies, funding events, hiring activity, market shifts, and other commercial triggers\n \nManage structured follow-up for leads generated through events, field marketing, and content activity\n \n \nHelp ensure no high-potential account is left untouched\n \Maintain strong process and commercial discipline\n \nKeep CRM data clean, accurate, and up to date\n \n \nTrack campaign performance, reply rates, meeting conversion, and funnel progression\n \n \nFeed insights back into sales and marketing to improve targeting, messaging, and channel performance\n \n \nExperience in outbound prospecting, business development, or pipeline generation\n \n \nAbility to research accounts and tailor outreach intelligently\n \n \nComfortable testing, iterating, and improving campaigns quickly\n \n \nFamiliarity with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Heyreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar\n \n \nExperience building outbound sequences and multi-touch campaigns\n \n \nComfortable working across both strategic accounts and broader outbound campaigns\n \nCampaign performance across reply rates, conversion, and pipeline creation\n \n \nQuality of account targeting and stakeholder identification\n \n \nContribution to pipeline growth across target accounts and segments\n \n \Conveo is building the future of AI-powered research, and this role sits at the front of that growth journey. \You’ll join a smart, ambitious team and play a central role in helping us open doors with some of the most important brands in the world. nDirect exposure to founders and senior commercial leaders\n \n \nThe chance to help define and scale our outbound motion\n \n \nA business with exceptional momentum and ambition\n \n \nCompetitive compensation and meaningful equity upside\n \n \nA culture built around speed, ownership, quality, and ambition\n \n \
