About The Role

• The Head of Spa will oversee all aspects of spa operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and experiences to guests.
• As a leader within the Hand Picked management team, you will demonstrate a detailed knowledge of our brand values and showcase them in your daily role.
• You will support the spa leadership team to maintain high standards of customer service and drive revenue growth through effective marketing and business development strategies.
• Responsible for building strong business relationships with Hotel General Managers and Spa & Health Club Managers across our luxury and events division.
• Collaborate with the spa leadership and teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences and create memorable moments.
• Handle marketing, business development, diary management, and ensure business levels align with goals.
• Work with local hotel teams to share best practices and maximise revenues in all areas of the spa.

About the You

• Current 5‑star spa management experience as Spa Director or Senior Spa Manager within a large‑scale spa operation at a luxury hotel or spa environment, ideally within the UK.
• Excellent leadership, communication, business acumen, and spa knowledge.
• Proven track record of developing and uplifting standards within a luxury spa operation while consistently exceeding guest expectations.
• Ability to create a robust sales and marketing plan to increase revenue streams across spa operations.
• Knowledge of analysing market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Role model for colleagues, reflecting our Brand Values in all interactions.
