Lead Product Engineer (Top Proprietary Trading Firm)

We're working with a leading crypto-native technology company looking for a hands-on Product Engineering Team Lead.

This isn't a middle-management role. You'll lead a small team of engineers while owning technical direction across a suite of customer-facing and internal products used by thousands of users globally.

Working closely with the CTO and Head of Product, you'll help shape architecture, engineering standards and product strategy, remaining hands-on with modern technologies including TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python and Go.

Particularly interested in engineers from companies from high-calibre product-led environments.

You'll likely be:

• A Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, Staff Engineer or Engineering Manager
• Strong across Python/Go, TypeScript, React and Node.js
• Experienced building scalable, data-intensive products
• Comfortable leading engineers while remaining hands-on
• Interested in working at the intersection of Product and Engineering

London-based hybrid role (minimum 2 days per week in the office).
