D365 Support Analyst

Salary: £29,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar business systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• An analytical and solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience working with reports, dashboards, workflows, or system configuration.
• An interest in process improvement and business systems optimisation.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Power Apps is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and second-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 users across our organisation.
• Support system configuration, including forms, views, dashboards, reports, workflows, and security roles.
• Work with departments to gather requirements and help shape future systems improvements.
• Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
• Deliver user training and create supporting documentation and guides.
• Liaise with third‑party suppliers and wider IT teams regarding escalated issues and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote effective and standardised use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across our organisation.
