Location: Weybridge
Hours: 37.5 per week 8.30 -5 pm
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join a growing international organisation operating in a highly regulated environment.
This position offers a varied role supporting UK and international customers, managing orders, coordinating shipments and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, including Logistics, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams, to ensure shipments are delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
* Process customer orders received
* Ensure accurate order entry and pricing within ERP systems
* Respond to customer queries and resolve issues
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution partners
* Monitor stock availability and delivery schedules
Export & International Shipping
* Coordinate export and import shipments from order through to delivery
* Prepare shipping and export documentation
* Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers and warehouse providers
* Ensure compliance with customs procedures and international shipping regulations
Logistics & Compliance
* Coordinate transport bookings and delivery schedules
* Work closely with internal quality and regulatory teams
* Ensure all processes comply with company procedures and regulatory standards
Finance & Administrative Support
* Raise invoices, credit notes and purchase orders
* Assist with customer payment and invoice queries
* Produce reports and provide administrative support where required
About you:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Previous experience within customer service and order processing
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Sage or similar
* Knowledge of export documentation and logistics coordination
* A proactive and team-oriented approach
* Confidence working with UK and international customers
Additional language skills would also be beneficial.
