Senior Public Sector Finance Lead (Hybrid)

London Borough of Barking & Dagenham (LBBD) is seeking a qualified Principal Accountant to provide strategic financial leadership across the Council. The role focuses on robust governance, value for money and financial sustainability while advising senior leaders and budget managers.

The post involves lead planning, MTFS support, risk assessment and developing high-quality reports. It requires 3+ years' accounting experience and CCAB membership. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
