Looking for a Recruitment Branch Manager role where you can help build the business, develop a team and be rewarded for the difference you make? You'll have existing Industrial and Driving recruitment business to develop, a team with capacity to grow and support from a Business Development Manager. This established recruitment agency is looking for a hands-on leader for its Coventry city centre branch.

The Role

As Recruitment Branch Manager, lead and develop a team of across Industrial and Driving / Transport recruitment
Grow the branch by developing existing accounts and converting opportunities generated by the Business Development Manager
Work alongside the team, getting involved in business development and day-to-day recruitment
Coach a developing Transport Consultant, particularly around organisation and desk management
Support experienced Industrial colleagues, recognising their strengths and helping them increase business
Take responsibility for branch performance, service delivery and GP growth

About You

You'll be an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager with the leadership and commercial skills to take responsibility for a branch.
You'll understand Industrial and Driving recruitment. A stronger Transport background would be particularly useful, although you don't need to be an expert in both.
You'll have a track record of developing business and improving recruitment performance.
You'll be comfortable leading experienced consultants and adapting your approach to different personalities.
